Sump Pump Failure in West Bend

This may not look like much but after a sump pump failure our customer acted quickly and we were able to minimize the water damage because of this.  We removed the trim in a small bathroom and the main basement and drilled holes in the wall to allow air movement within the wall. Using air movers we dried out the small bathroom and were able to save all the carpet in the basement by floating the carpet and shooting air underneath to get it dry.  This water loss due to the quick acting of the customer was fairly minimal.  We were able to dry out the carpet, restretch and clean it and then replaced all the trim, for a very happy customer!
