Water Fountain Caused Mold

At a commercial location they developed a mold problem in a utility area under a water fountain (or bubbler as we know it in Wisconsin).  The leaking water fountain and people who were just messy in that area contributed to some mold that occurred at the base and up the wall.
SERVPRO of Milwaukee North contained the area, removed the contaminated drywall and trim and cleaned.  Due to the water there was some rusting on the interior metal of the wall and rust staining on the floor.
As with all jobs, SERVPRO of Milwaukee North can put it back together again, but with commercial clients, many times they already have vendors they employ to help them out!
